EBSTM Molding Material’s high degree of cross-linking yields a material
with compression strengths greater than 7000 psi at ambient temperature and greater
than 4000 psi at 400°F. This high-temperature strength is remarkable when compared
to existing competitive materials and will enable the commercialization of high-temperature
thermo-set composites for aerospace, military, and a host of other industrial applications.
Our patented Molding Material allows for extremely cost effective rapid prototyping
and manufacturing of composite solutions. This molding material can be poured, allowing
for molds to be created from a single master. Production composite components may
then be produced from the same mold for hundreds of parts.
